Yes, you know where to buy your armor and
weapons when you are low level. You just go to the armor or
weapons traders in Randol, scroll to what you want, and buy it. It is real easy to get and buy. But did you know that you can buy your level 35-37 armor at the armor traders in Merac, Dratan, Egeha, and Strayana.. Then the highest weapon you can buy is level 29 in Merac, Dratan, or Juno. But wait!!! The Weapon Smith Trader in Egeha and Strayana sell level 33 weapons only now. That is where you can buy the last level of weapon, level 33 at a cost of 55k and change.
The Trader was added and you can
notnow search for your class of armor now. But remember that from level
2530 to level 73 you can change any class of Armor to your class. So if you are searching for level 40 gloves, then when you search by class, search ALL. That way, sometimes you can buy the armor cheaper at another class then go to Collectory Ryl, located at the North Gate intersection, and change that other class of armor to your class.
This also applies to weapons from level 29 - level 69. So if you buy a knight +4 duals, you could go to Collector Ryl and change them to knight +4 single sword or healer +4 wand. The weapon's blood seals will be erased but the upgrade of +4 will remain for that weapon. So with your trusty notebook and pen handy, shop around for stuff. Note the prices of armor,
weapons, and

manuals. That is why sometimes it is good to get in a guild, because someone always knows a weapon smith or armor smith, or someone like me that gives the free manuals to guildies up to level 37. You might find it cheaper and fun to make your own equipment to a point.
If you are around level 20 or so, start noting prices of armor and
weapons starting at level 40 for armor and level 37 for
weapons. These are the first levels that you either buy from someone or make. You can usually get any of this stuff from monster drops. Monster drops are one level up from the old drops of old now. But with the trader now, it might be cheaper and faster to buy it there now.
You DO NOT have to have every level of armor or weapon as you advance now. You can skip a level now. I will be addressing us normal people that do not have the money to buy loads of ap now.
Before I had said not to sell or use your Heaven Stones(Hs). Reason is because I think the level 37 weapon should be the first weapon you should attempt to upgrade. Remember also, that if your weapon is level 37 +13, then at level 41 it would be approximately level 41 +11. There is an approximate 2 level drop for each piece or armor or weapon. So once you got your level 37 upgraded then you will be looking around for a level 45 weapon or manual. You will see that every level you advance is harder and longer to level now.
The same rules also apply to armor that you buy. You will find that
knight armor is always at a premium. On Sarissa, I have bought level 45
Knight Warnin armor for 120-200 k then turn around and sell it for 350-400k. Sometimes people will sell items in packages which you in turn can turn around and sell separately for a higher price. The reason you want to buy and resell is so you can have the money to buy your armor or weapon or to buy Heaven Stones for upgrading. Remember again, to check prices of armor and weapons you intend to sell. I see lots of people selling armor or weapons higher then the armor or weapons trader sell theirs for. So be on the ball now.
Each server will have different prices for their armor,
weapons, and manuals. That is the reason to constantly shop and note prices. Sometimes you may get lucky and get a manual or armor really cheap.
Armor, weapons, and manuals starting from level 45, start to get harder to acquire. At level 60-62, the stuff is rare to find. So if you find some level 55-57 pieces you can definitely afford to skip the level 60-62 level. You can mix and match armor pieces now. You do not have to have the complete 55-57 set. I have stated how I have upgraded and seem to be lucky in the way i do it. At level 70-72, i have a complete +15 set, armor and
weapons. So, if I had known what i do now, i might have had more complete +15 sets.
So remember to shop about 2 levels ahead of time. If you upgrade, keep track of what it costs you to upgrade. You may find it sometimes cheaper to buy an upgraded item from someone who needs the money and wants cash now and no patience for waiting to sell. Again, check the trader out for any bargains. One more very important thing. You may see level 70-72 armor being sold really cheap. You think to get it now, while it is cheap so when you make level 70 in the future. But DO NOT buy. When you start going to Eghea, like the Demon Parties, in which you will get armor from Rogue, Sorcerer, and Mage. The Knight and Healer Armor can be found from Baby Apes. So you will learn that monsters drops are for specific items and for certain classes only. I got a complete level 65-67 knight armor set from bogles now. Again, you have to research this for other class. So look at the mob monster drop list now. Now if you say decided to pay the money to go to Egeha to get your armor, make sure you have MINIMAL weight on you. That way you can use IDB and Lucky Scrolls to drop hunt. You can get your armor and then enough drops to pay the Eghea fee.
On my desktop, i had folders with prices of armor as a quick reference. If you have a good list you will notice that certain armor sell faster then others. I always can sell the knight, mage, rouge, and healer armor fairly good, as the Titan and Sorcerer seems a little slow to sell.
Go to the Master of Processes at the intersection of the North Gate. Just click on him, and you can pretty well figure out what you would need to make stuff. If you have the time, tool aids and money, you might decide to make some armor to sell. It was always a profit for me. I always made knight armor because that would always sell. Again, people out there will sell the manuals at various prices. Remember if you get armor or weapons to upgrade you will need more then one, to have as a backup now. Never upgrade unless you have a 2d weapon around.
NOTE: Trader Ryl located at the intersection of the North Gate in Randol. He can change say a Sorcerer 57+4 weapon, which i bought for 1.5 mill gold and change it to a Knight level 57+4 duals, at the cost of around 220k. I then went and sold the duals for 4 million gold. This will also work if you can find another class weapon real cheap and it is the level and + you need. So shop for a weapon to use or sell, is one way to make money now.
CONCLUSION: The name of the game is to shop till you drop. And while you are comparing and buying armor or weapons, look at all the other stuff you can buy and sell too. I bought some Platinum Iris for 1.4 mill then turn around and sell them for 2.2 million. Same as for other classes of armor if you find it cheap then you can sell high. BUT you have to shop till you get the hang of what to sell. Knight, healers, and rogues, are always good to buy and resell. The rest of items you see are just about you knowing when to buy low and sell high. With the trader added, you can really do some price checking now. I was selling Blessed Iris at a low price and that is why i was selling them so fast. The price with the trader, the Blessed Iris would sell for 6 - 8 mill now and I was selling at 3 mill. Again, you have to keep up with prices nowl
