to get in to the cube you need to be on the first subserver and have a solo party. go to the cubes in merac buy a party ticket from the cube (1 mil gold) click application for admission party cube, then party admission. if you are going in a party with friends you all must have a party ticket before entering. it does not matter what cube you enter they will send you to the same place

inside the cube there are elite monster ranging from level 100-119. they all have the name "cube guard" but are monster from random maps. the monsters normally are very strong and if you go solo its best to run stealers to from getting eaten but is possible without them just a lot harder.

Once in the cube there are 25 monsters per round and 25 rounds until the end at the end there is a level 105 "cube boss" which gives a very very very large amount of sp

A few tips to survive the cube
1. Don't go alone bring a friend or 7 for a combat party with a blessed iris, elixir, and boosters you can get 300-450mil xp per kill depending on monster lvl
2.KILL THE DEATH KNIGHTS!!!! they are just mean and will hit you for over 1k hp no matter how much defense you have
3.kill the monsters that look like liches they are they are the same lich from the tower and they like to steal your boosters/buffs
4.some monsters will have half damage done by you to them if you have friends with you that are a different class have them kill it it will not have that for them if your alone or friend is same class you just have to kill it slow
5. The second round will bring out the lich who will debuff you so try to kill them first, as noted above
6. Theoretically, if another party is there, you can all kill the monsters, but then only one party can leave for next level. You guessed it, PvP time. I do not know if it is like the arena or not. So beware.
7. Use Idbs and such like you are drop hunting and you might get lucky and get books.

Again, patches change the rules now, from how hard to what may drop. So these are just general rules and as always "Be Flexible."

Agree - You definitely want to take out Death Knights, Kamira's and Liches first. DK's & Kammies pack a very hard magic punch, and Liches can debuff you (not pot debuff)

Disagree - You can go into cube Solo (Alone) and get WHOPPING Skill Points and Exp at the same time. When going in alone, start off in one corner and work your way around the room, Do NOT just Run Around, you'll attract more monsters than you can handle. Pick off the Aggro monsters first, and save the non-aggro's for last.

Agree - If you want to save some money on leveling, and Time is not an issue, the Extreme Cube is right for you! Now Granted - You can run a PBI & PSSP popping epb's and spb's and get super Max Points,.....but...if you're on a budget and want to make your potions stretch farther, .....You can run a Blessed Iris and Elixir and use Epb's getting 300-450 Mil per kill, even in a Solo party (alone) (higher with combat)....Bi's are cheaper and last longer. ---- You can also run Super Skill Pills (ssp's) (not pssp) and mix it with Effort Scrolls, and get the same output with SPB's as a PSSP.......for some this is a cheaper method (mainly for those that spent alot of time harvesting Effort Scroll at Halloween Event)

Note -- If you are going in alone (solo party) make sure that you have at least 2 people in your party to make a 3-person party. You want 3 people so that in case someone DC's, you don't get thrown out of the cube, wasting your pot timers. This is known as a "Cube Anchor"

Note - Going in fully potted can be costly, because yes , cube monsters take longer to kill and are much harder than normal monsters. However if you have plenty of Pots to blow and arent worried about waste, then Cube is just right for getting those Top Points, and cutting down your "Boosters Per Level" requirement by more than Half.

Note -- If wasting pots is an issue, I found it very satisfying to invest a little gold into some HP & MP Suction accessories with Crit Seals. This replaced my HP & MP Stealers and Crit Pot Usage saving me on average of 20-30 Mil per hour. (Dear god the Gold & Money I have saved from this investment) Between levels 100-121 in my Cube Time, the only "pots" I ran where Blessed Iris, Elixir, SSP, Effort Scroll, Shield, Magic Shield, and my normal buffs. While it took me longer to level than everyone else around me, I saved on average a Billion in gold every other level. And believe me, lol that adds up.
