Class Change at Level 31??? Which one do I choose??
For whatever class you are in, you need to read ahead of time about the character class you are in. For example, at level 31, for the Knight to change into either class, he needs 50k gold for one thing. The other is he will need the level 5 Mana Break skill to make a class change. So this way you can save your sp ahead of time and try not to power level to level 31 and find a surprise waiting for him.
Then in some classes, if you have the sp saved up, like for a rogue assassin, you can get the dagger passive skills, right there. These give you a boost on using daggers.
And by reading you can decide and ask around as to what each class is like. All i can say on this is that on Rogue to go Hunter. Reason is you use a bow and so will not get hit like the assassin who has to be next to the monster to hit. You will level faster then if you do not die as much too. I know as I was a level 63 rogue on Caraie and now a RK in Sarissa. But for whatever class, remember that if you can hit from far off then you will survive when you go to Egeha. But again, this is a matter of personal taste of what you want to be now. There is no right or wrong class change, it is what you make of it.
But like I said, read about your character class beforehand and get the info ahead of time.

Well you come to the right person now. lol
The dynamics of the game has changed since May 08. You can now go to Prokion Temple and get 5500 sp a kill now. Before you would sp on level 12 Sasquatch for 1425 sp which was a lot then. Then later on, you would sp on monsters your level for 1100 sp a kill.
Now the tide has turned the other way now in my opinion. I was a RK and TK at Level 90. I thought that now the TK has come into its own. To me it seems the big thing is to survive getting hit. TK comes with defense bonuses which I think helps in the long run versus the RK dual weapons. Do not let the RK fool you either. The RK has one skill, I think double sword training or something like that, that for the horrendous sp of about 550, you get an extra 120 points extra a hit. Get serious, when you get to where i am hitting away from 2k - 6k a hit, 120 extra points is not even a tickle, lol. I notice also I do not have to use mana like the RK does either. That really helps. The RK has to hit with double and triple bash using that mana. TK gets the protection buff. Incidentally, READ my skills on the TK. The protection is a solo or party buff. The peeps and the description make it as a party buff. But then I double check everything as lot of players take the description at its word.
But i prefer the TK now over RK. In the good ole days you needed RK to make the demon parties, in Eghea. I skipped eghea when make the TK now. You find the TK is the man now over RK. RK was good only for his concentration to "Conc" himself, rogues, and mages to ensure the snares would succeed.
But again, this is my opinion now. Others will swear by RK, but forget, that as the game changes, so does the criteria for players. I give advice, but be adaptable as the game rules change.

I have a level 31 healer, and I'm wondering, Archer? Or Cleric? I've looked at the skills andI still can't decide, I don't care how long it takes to level, because I'd been lv 20 for 2 years. Which would be better for me?

Well whatever you do, wait and save the ap. Wait until they have the skill reset card on sale now. They had them on sale like about a month ago. That way you can save about 425 ap. So do not be in a rush to get one NOW. You should not use it till you get around level 60 on up. Reason is by then you can figure out what skills you will be using. Like the dungeon skills will nearly be worthless as they are only good up to level 65. After level 65, you can not get in the personal dungeon in Randol no more. Also, by then at the rate you are going they may have new skills coming in, and you might decide to get them instead, who knows.
This game is fun, until you hit level 90 at which time, i just run the site now and play around on low level characters for info. I do not feel like leveling one level a month, lol. And that is full time leveling too. Too much grinding and no fun now.
Anway, keep at it.
