I am currently lv33, almost 34, and my older (in lv) friends say they've never been in the personal dungeon, so what level do I have to be to enter it?

Well if you go to the left and I have a section called PERSONAL DUNGEONS and i have the windows there when you talk to the Personal Dungeon dude Roland, I think. It has the levels and rewards there for you to look at. More people ask questions and forget about the directory, lol. But no biggie. Make sure you click the strategy section there and read everything there, if you have not done so by now.
Anyway, somehow on the Level 4 dungeon there is no levels there somehow. But I know the final level was level 65, cuz at level 66, the glow disappears. Then the level to enter, i forgot now (old age). I made the lowest time there on the level 4 (dimension gate) and never got rewarded so i quit playing it.
