| These NPC's can be found in most towns and are easily located using thetown map. All skills will have a skill point cost. They may also have a set level requirement and/or require you to have purchased one or more levels in another skill. General skills are skills that need to be activated (double clicking the skill icon in the menu or left-clicking once in a Quickslot). General skills are most often temporary buffs, enemy de-buffs, or a special attack. To equip a skill to a Quickslot, click and drag the icon to a free Quickslot. You can find out more information on a skill by left-clicking the icon in the menu and hovering your mouse cursor over the icon. This will bring up the information tag detailing mana cost, power, and effect. |  |
