How to obtain Quests.

Last Chaos makes it easy to find your quests. One way is to look on the map for a Bluish "Q." To get the map press W and to get the town map, move the cursor or pointer over the town and click it. Once you have gotten the town of Randol, look around for the blue Q. The personal dungeon to the South of Randol will have the Q there until you reach level 66, at which time you can no longer enter the dungeon.

Some quests are easy to see and some are hard. Locate merchant Geres on the West side of Randol. When she has a quest for you, you will barely be able to see the Q. Also when you finish your quest, that is the easy part. Again, go to your map and look for the blinking icon, a purple "A". You can't miss it. This is where you go to finish your quest and reap your rewards.

Some quests are popups and they will be listed at the top of the screen. When you reach certain levels, they will pop up to tell you where to go for your quest. Reason to always look on the map for your quests is that one popup quest is no longer available. It is in the 1-20 quests. Like me, you will spend wasted time looking for it. As of around Feb 08 it was still listed (I will have to research further to let you know which one it is). The current quests listed and on the map are the available quests ready for you.

When a NPC (Non Player Character) has a quest for you, you will see a blue glow. Just click the NPC to get your quest. Should you refuse your quest you can not get it back again. So you should always accept the quests.

And lastly, make a folder on your desktop, and paste the quests there for ready availability. Quests are listed here in this section and you can see by doing quests, you can get additional xp and most important gold to spend.

Quest Log

If you look at the bottom right of your screen, you will see the icon "SHOP." The next icon, depicted by a scroll, is the quest log. If you click this, the next window shows two topics - Current Quest and Completed Quest. By clicking any quest under the current quest, you can see what you have to do to finish it. It will list the requirements and the rewards for completion.

Completed Quests
When you click the Quest Icon, you will see the "Complete Quests" at the bottom half of the window. These are quests that you have completed and have not yet turned in. Once you turn the quests in, then they disappear from the Complete Quest list.
