This is just a general information on buying ap and buying items in the Item Mall. Now these are only guidelines, not rules. This is what works for me and hopefully give you some insight on how to buy ap and how to buy items more effectively also. Remember, buy what you want, not what I say now, Your ap.

NOTE: Prices may change now for items sold. Bonus items now sold in the web and no more online bonus sales. Buying items is now done thru the web mall but the principles still apply whether buying from the Item Mall or the Web Item Mall. Now they can have more specials and promotions then before.

Going to the Item Mall

You click HOMEPAGE, then LOG IN, then click STORE. You will be shown the different options on how to buy ap. You just need to click and explore to see what they all give.

Here is the trick now. When you first buy ap, you get a 35% first time buyer's bonus. Then in addition to the regular 5% to 50% ap bonus that may be given. You always get a minimum 15% ap bonus. If you are patient you can wait till the 50% ap bonus is given to buy ap now. I have found that around USA holidays that these 50% bonuses are given.

Once you have made your first purchase of ap, then it is just a matter of buying ap when you want. If you plan to buy $50 and the bonus is only 15%, then I would wait. Just buy the minimum that you need. But then the bonuses vary so that at $50 you may get 15% then at $10 it is only 5%. They vary and there is no way for me to say when the bonus ap will go up.

So when you plan to buy, check in all the time and try to get your money's worth when buying ap.

**Bonuses are varied. Bonuses may start at 5% and gain with each $ amount level. Some Bonuses are all 30% or all 50% on special events.
Also, bonuses may vary by how you pay. Example, Google may give you 30% one day and then paypal is only 10%. So check on Holidays and
special occasions for the AP bonuses to increases.

Also, Aeria has the recurring payment in which each month on the 25th, they will take a certain amount out and you get a bonus ap with it. So the $50 amount is 55%ap
bonus now. If you cancel, then you have to wait a month before you can get it again. I was thinking of getting the $100 bonus ap with is 65% then cancel it right away. One way to get that extra ap, especially if you are not a big ap buyer.

BUYING ITEMS FROM THE ITEM MALL

At the bottom right of your window in Last Chaos, you will click SHOP. This will give you the Item Mall window with all the items sold. The first window that comes up is the Specials for that week. You must familiarize yourself with the items, so you will know what to buy. The savings listed are if you were to buy them in a single unit, so do not let the prices confuse you now. That is why you should be familiar with the items sold.

Even if you do not have ap, it is good to look through them and read what each item does. I have had people ask what an item does and I tell them to go look in the Item Mall.

Now if you got ap, here is how to make EASY money, lol. Being patient is very important. LC will have items at 100% rebate at times. What "rebate" means is getting money back. So 100% rebate means that if you purchase their package that they announce for the 100% rebate, then anywhere from now up to 4 days, you will get that ap back into your account. So in a way, you are getting that item for free.


BOGO ITEMS

The BOGO items are "Buy One, Get One (free)". So if you have AP, then with a little patience, you can wait for your favorite item to come up for sale.
I try to buy my leveling potions like PSSP, PBI, etc, when they come on sale. I buy enough to last a long time.

You can get the monthly AP recurring payment so on the 25th of the month, you will have your ap. At $50 I get 55% ap, as you all know the 50% bonus ap sales are rather limited. This way, I know I got the ap coming in on the 25th. You have to have an account with PayPal, to have this recurring ap payment every month now.

Have paper and pen handy to copy items and prices down, so that way you can learn what to buy and what not to buy. This takes time now. The BOGO items normally change around 7 PM, PST. But they are always adding bogo items at various times too.


OPENING YOUR BOXES

This is a list of the boxes and what to do to open each. I will refine the notes here till they are complete.

I find that opening boxes in town, in the guild hall, or anywhere else is the same. Remember, that opening Experience boxes, that the elixirs you get are non-tradeable. So you have to learn what you can open you can sell or keep for yourself.

FREE REWARDS
Around Sep 2011, if you log in to the HOME PAGE of LC, click ITEM MALL, then click the FREE REWARDS section. You can get a free prize every hour. The best one I have gotten is a 9 hour mercenary card. But I have gotten closed 105x armor, heaven stones, and various other small stuff. They have a list of what you could get. Hea, it is free now, so if you do not get that B5evasion armor, do not complain. lol
