New Pets Guide - The Ichi and Scra-Chi Pet Show


The newest update to Last Chaos is two new pets named Ichi and Scra-Chi. These two pets are unique in that they are little ferocious furry sidekicks of death! They can be equipped with armor as well as weapons. Think of them as a mix of Care Bears or Pokémon. They can look like Pikachu’s tea time buddies but will lay the smack down if they have to.

These pets will take a lot of time for any player to get though. So be warned that it’s not an easy to get them. In order to begin the quest to acquire these two new pets, you will need the Torn Book of Life Chapter 1 and 2. These books are dropped by killing monsters and once it’s acquired, take it to Lorraine to begin the quest.

Each Pet Quests is long and requires collecting a set amount of items to give to a specific NPC throughout the Pet Quest. After you have completed and gathered all the pieces needed, you will be asked to return to the Belfist Temple and get your prize of a new pet.

What are Ichi and Scra-Chi?

They are the new pets in the game and not the cartoon characters associated with the Simpsons. They look like a cat or a squirrel and can be equipped to help a player in battle. They can wear pet specific armor and weapons.

Where can I get these Pet armor and weapons?

They are currently only available in the Item Mall. The items only last a month now, so beware of buying armor or weapons. So try to sell them with a few days left. BUT, just look at the time on the items being sold.

What are these armor sets and weapons?

There are currently two armor sets available for both pets. They are the Sophia armor and the Wooden armor.

Sophia set: Two piece set. It comes with green looking armor and a green hood. It makes the pets look like a Keebler elf. This set can only be worn if the pet is level 16 and up.

Wooden set: This is also a two piece armor set. This armor is for level 1 pet and gives the pets a more leather armored look.

Pet Weapons:

1) Wooden Club – This is the default weapon that the pets have. It is a level 1 weapon.

2) Wooden Truncheon – Weapon that looks identical to the wooden club. Contains secret properties if examined.

3) Skeleton Staff – An evil looking staff shaped like a skull. This weapon can only be equipped if the pet is level 15 and up.

4) Round Iron hammer – This is a weapon made of steal and pain. This weapon can only be equipped if the pet is level 30 and up.


How do I get skills for my pets?

You will need to get a Battle Skill Book from the Moon Statue in town. Once you have acquired a Battle Skill Book, talk to the animal trainer to have your new pets learn a skill attack. Certain skill attacks can only be learned if your pet has reached a certain level.

My pets are not following me anymore, why is that?

The reason your pet is not following you anymore is because it is hungry. You will need to buy food items from a NPC named Pet Merchant Polly. You will be able to buy food as well as other pet items such as health items.

What are the items that I can buy from Pet merchant Polly?

Items for sale as well as the price (in gold):

- Rough bandage = 9,900
- Thick bandage = 19,900
- Cold Water = 6,600
- Thick Milk = 12,900
- Cheese Cookie = 5,000
- Freshly Baked Bread = 10,900
- Compliment Stamp = 4,000
- Hand Written letter = 8,900

How many pets can I have in my inventory as well as equip for a battle?

You can have all 4 different types of pets in the game in your inventory. However, you can only equip 1 pet at a time.

How come I can’t trade my pets or sell them?

You can, but you have to make sure the pet has been unequipped of all gear and weapons. You can only sell or trade a naked pet and not one wearing armor or holding a weapon. The same rules for regular pets applies here.

Can I store my pets in the warehouse?

No you can’t and it is probably animal cruelty. Joking aside, the pets cannot be stored in the warehouse so please make sure you have a spot for them.

Known Issues in the Patch: These are the current known issues in the Patch, which are currently being looked into by the developers. Please be patient until a fix for these issues is released. Items are deleted when i notice that the issue is fixed.

1) Pets cannot be attacked when targeted in PvP mode.

-Players will be able to target another player’s Pet but they will not be able to attack them.

2) Pets are unable to pick up items.

-There is no current way for the new pets to pick up any items like the other pets in the game can.

-

4) Pet names appear as an empty box until the Player has renamed them

-A small empty box will appear over the Pet.
