The point of processing stones, herbs, and energy is to create things like reinforced steel, linen, and elemental crystals in order to create weapons and armor. The skills are to better your chances of creating those things. You can also go to have them processed by the Master of Processing Materials.

STRATEGY TIP : If you plan to be a weapons or armor smith, you will need these skills. Suggest to get these in the following order, Flawless Stone Process, Green Herb Processing, and Gamma Wave Processing. Flawless Process is for mainly getting Black Diamonds, Green Herb for cloth, and Gamma Wave for the odds and ends. You will find that the lower skills like Flawed Stone Processing is only needed for the lower weapons. But these you can just as easily get on a drop or buy at the Armor or Weapons Trader.

NOTE also, these skills are rather obosolete since you can now buy the higher level weapons. These skills were only good when LC was just starting out. The game has advanced but like dragon weapons and horse armor, they have become obsolete now.

Level 33 weapons (Egeha and Strayana Weapons Trader) and level 35-37 armor (Merac and Dratan, Egeha, and Strayana armor traders) is the last that can be bought at the weapon/armor traders now. Now with the new land, Mondshine, you can buy Level 40x armor and weapons there now. All you have to do is to get a player Level 140 or above to teleport you there.

Why have the Level 3 Flawless Stone Processing??? It is about money now. Yes, I have done the 100 items made at the Master Processor and with the level 3 Flawless skill. I was about 80% successful. That means out of a 100 i got about 40 black diamonds from the Master of Processing and 80 when I tried to make the Black Diamonds with my Level 3 flawless skill. So the difference is 8.9 tool aids and about 9k gold for mining. Just a ballpark figure to show you what the cost difference is. Again, this is my guidelines, but up to you to decide what to do. I just try to give you insight of WHY as that is what this site is about.
