Note: If you have a slow internet, skills like db and tb will take time to take effect, but still good to get them though. So if someone says they kick some butt with db it is there internet is fast, and the db is as fast as a regular swing. On my pc, the db takes effects way too long, so at times it is not Hit Point effective, but I am still upgrading it to the time, I can get a faster ISP.
