if you can't buy them at the item mall or from other players, how can you get them?? same with dragon parts?

Where can the elite poison myst be found? not that I think I will be able to one on yet without been killed lol

I turned in the 14 Dark Orbs and 17 Eyes of Myst to the broken moonstone golem. The Broken Moonstone Golem will tell you to talk to the Great Magician Minearm nearby in Merac. Talk to the Magician where your quest is to give him 3 Perfect Moonstones. IN which i did get the 3 perfect moonstones and when i return to merac and give the 3 perfect moonstones to Great Magician Minearm. It said quest failed, i did it a second time and failed again, a friend did this quest and it failed on her also. My question is , is there a bug in the system or is this quest timed? Or why this quest had failed 3 times?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Al
