Here is another word of mouth secret, found in no other guides either. I was one for never really using the Lucky Scroll or Item Drop Boosters. You buy the item drop booster (idb) and i would figure the cost of the IDBs I used to get one drop were not worth using. Using the lucky scroll was not profitable using one as the drops were scarce.

But i was told one day that the trick was to use both at the same time. Apparently they stack on each other and the odds of getting a drop are increased dramatically. The prices in Sarissa are such that using them at low levels will not get you much gold. I suggest is to save both items and wait till you can go and solo bogles. The first time i went was with a friend and he gave meIDBs to use while he had the lucky scroll and IDBs also. We made a killing. If you can go with a friend and kill really fast and you both are using lucky scrolls and IDBs, then go for it. It will nearly be the same as you soloing a bogle and you both get the benefits from each others help.

On the average, I made about 2-3 million gold profit for every 10 drops. There are times i would get only 3 drops per scroll and up to 14 drops per the 10 minute Lucky Scroll. Once in a while i would get a 5 item drop, 3 armor, ms, and gold. But the double armor drops were more prevalent. Bogles are level 65. So at about level 67, when buffs were not necessary i was even able to kill faster. Remember to time yourself and see what you need to do to kill fast. If it seems a good drop day and you have the LS and IDBs, then utilize a mana stealer. This way, like me, you do not have to stop for a mana break. I am a Royal Knight, so at level 67, with a mana stealer i used about 80 IDBs in one hour along with 6 Lucky Scrolls.

So keep track of what you pay and the drops you get. Remember you can also sell your drops to the NCP characters like the armor trader and weapon trader. Even selling your drops at 300 k each will still net you a nice profit now. I would go and get an hours worth of Bogle drops then go to town and sell cheaper then the people around me.
