Pet trainer Questions
Go to left, STRATEGY GUIDE. Click and then click the pet training stuff.
Ok, DO NOT BUY reset card, unless you are rich, lol. Anyway, when you make level 31 to change class, you will want to be a TK. Then only get the passive skills, like the ones that give shield bonuses. Then you can train in the jail then. But i am leveling my level 32 pet trainer more, cuz in the jail too many times people kill your mob that you are training on and you can not do nothing abou it, as it is legal now.
Read how to make pet trainer section too, as making a pet trainer is not the same as making a regular character. You would not need TWO pet trainers now. If you have your pet trainer at level 32 with everything +6, you can pet train from level 1 up. I had +3 armor and could only train when pet was like level 16 on up. I upgraded to +6 and that way i could use ONE pet trainer and not having to switch off. But if you are poor, then you could train a pet from level 1-25 then another pet trainer to train from Level 25-37. That is, if you can not get money to get good armor now.
Personally, if you messed up on the stats, then when you get to level 31 to change class, you can reset them again now.

Another method for Pet trainer?
u can make a pet trainer from ANY class. It is just that the other classes you need to get more armor. Usually more armor means more gold. So use a knight since his defense is up to begin with. Also a knight uses a shield which is MORE defense too. But other class would have to upgrade other armor to match shield defense. Remember it is TOTAL defense you need. Just a matter of how much armor you get then. So the knight has high defense and a shield therefore less armor to buy or upgrade then the other class. THINK GOLD is what I say.

Rogue Trainer
You will find like I did that higher hit rate is nearly negligible to me. I tried it with and without the accessories and still seem to train just as fast. Believe it or not, no one really knows how it works, lol. I read the forums and everyone gives opinions now. If you know how to read, they are just guessiing. It is like the good points you get for killing red names. All you got are opinions, but no one really knows the stats or what the good points do for you.
Hit Rate is thought of as hitting faster by some, so therefore you should train faster. Hmmm, I gave up arguing the cause. Again, it is what they think it is or what a GM might say. Hate to bust anyone's bubble but no one REALLY can define it, only opinion now. I timed for an hour with and without and it was negligible. Maybe the HR has to be really high to make a difference then. Just like they did away with 100% evasion they probably changed the hr after the patch now. HR is not defined as what it was last year but what it is NOW. People live in the past and can not adapt. Just like the weaponsmith glitch. Somehow a patch messed that up but that has never been a problem. And it still is not fixed either, lol.
Anyway, last year HR was something to be reckoned with but after all the patches it seems to have been lowered or something. But I do not worry about it.

Pet Leveling
Hmmm, right track, wrong training, LOL
If you go to the STRATEGY GUIDE to the left and click it. Then click sections for Pet training. Now most people NEVER read the intro, as I have found out, lol.
The first thing, I suggest is to make a pet trainer. You level your knight to say level, 22. Then with those 2 skills on you, you will have your +3 armor, shield, and no weapon, and go train on treants by Velpist Temple in Randol.
You lure one, by itself, and go find a spot by the mountains to kind of hide in. There you are both attacking each other, BUT no one dying. You have your pet out and with about every 4 hits, your pet gains one xp. So just before you go to bed, you get your pet trainer going. Then when you wake up, IF you want to keep on going, you have to feed your pet. Once your pets food is gone, he will stop gaining xp and can not move.
Some people used to complain to me cuz they were trying to get their main to pet train and they were having problems. You could probably find how to do it but it would take time. Knight has the BEST defense, the 2 skills you need are not attack skills, and once you Level him with only 2 skills to 22, then ANYTIME you want to pet train, you know what to do. The guy was leveling and trying to pet train each level. I finally told him, READ the WIKI. You are wasting time. Don't know if he ever read it or what happened,
Well, you were the only pm for the day so far. When I get too many, answers are more concise,
If you want, I need stats on your class. I have done the knight skills. If you want, then I will show you what to so. Then I will show you how to bookmark page and put it on bar. That way you can just click the icon and go straight to the page. Firefox is the browser I use, and you can put page in the bookmarks or on the bar above this window. That is if you want. If not that is ok.

Pet Leveling
Sorry to hear about it. Also, an ass hole player that thinks either: 1. They are misinformed and think that you can not pet level afk. It is legal to pet train afk, as long as you are not using any ADDITIONAL micro programs or hacking to help you train. Long time again, it wall illegal, but rules change and it is legal now.
2. Some players think it is funny or think it is fun. Problem, it is legal now to ks, steal, and rob drops now. So Technically, they can kill you by luring mobs or killing your mob. I know it is a pain but it is legal now. I think they made it legal, because of the MANY complaints coming in, that they could not handle them all. So what better then to make it legal.
Now the trick is you have to find a spot AWAY from everything to pet train now.
Some players play a month and THINK they own the game or they know it all. I dont own the game, but I know more then these Game Sages and Moderators now, LOL. I used to go to the forums and see all the idiotic bs, they told others. Like in pet training to put points on Dexterity. I told them NEVER do this. Now with the stat windows, you can see now what the dexterity does. You do not want anything to increase attack values. LOL
Now what you can do is this: 1. Let me know your level of pet trainer and what skills he has and also where you put the stats at. 2. What mob are you training on? 3. What is your armor and accessories used? Does Armor have seals and what are they?? 4. What server are you on and what is the coordinates that you train at? From this info, I can tell you what to do, or possible where to hide at!!! If you are pet training on treants, i got a nice hide hole, on other side of mountain, LOL.
Well let me know. and also, go to STRATEGY GUIDE and reread the sections on pet training now. Never hurts to reread this, from time to time. As from Time to Time, I reedit stuff.

selling a pet
"I could tell you why, but I would end up typing the whole section out, lol. Cuz I like to explain EVERYTHING not just say to do this one thing or another. My section on "Merchant Mode" answers ALL questions. You learn new things and get your question answered too." 5gingers, I would recommend you to edit the guides and make them more easier to navigate. I will tell you all the advices I think wil make the searching for answers much more easier for everybody (its not must and I am not complaining at you, just some advice you might use):
1.At first, make at the first menu tab called "Skills" which from there you can choose which race you are and then his skills. now, to look for my rouge skills I need to click on: Character Guide -> The Six Classes -> Last Chaos Rogue -> Rogue Skills -> Rogue General Skills/Rogue Passive Skills (5 clicks needed).
2. The blog of leveling and the Strategy guide need to be more organized. There is too much info there and its hard to understand which information you can find in each page.
3. It will be great to make a topic that have collection of FAQ which have a link to the exact place which gives the answer. trust me that after 30 question post there, many people that may ask the same questions again will have a look there before they posts.
4. Its will be great to make on one page all the important link to each guide, so the people will be able to click on "Ctrl+F" and search "pet trainer" and quickly find their answers.

Need tips for pet training?
Well that is cool. The purpose of having a character for pet training only is that you have done all the ground work. You have the armor and you know what you can train on. You can have a main character to pet train anytime now. But then how many times have I read people complaining that their mob died too fast and so fourth. Again, the purpose of a pet trainer is that you can pet train ANYTIME you want cuz you have already worked out all the kinks out and to get the max afk time that you can. I know cuz i tried to pet train on my main one day and I wasted a lot of time trying to get the armor configuration right and trying to figure out what to pet train on. Then everytime you level, you will not necessarily be able to train on the same mob all the time either. But some people do not realize this and do not understand the theory of pet training. Some people never realize that they can get a second character started either. I know cuz when I first started out on LC, I was like everyone else and took me about 7 months till I realized that the 4 characters that you can make all share the same storekeeper. That was important info that I try to tell everyone. But live and learn and then do what you want. lol Did you vote for the site yet?????????????????

buying a lvl 31 pet
Hmm, what server. I am in Sarissa s1, trying to sell my level 31 horse for 22 million. WIll take a couple of days like last time. Go to s1 and shop around and see what the going rate for the price of a level 31 horse an dragon. The price of a dragon is usually a couple of million lower then a horse now. Just to give you an idea, i would say around10-20% lower, but dragons would not sell at the higher price of a horse now. The white horse will run about say 5-10% higher then a regular horse. You might buy the horse and then look around and buy a pet coloring pill.
Go to the STRATEGY GUIDE section and read on how to make a pet trainer now. That way make your own 31 horse and get that extra money now. I made my pet trainer to level 23, then that was too low, then Level 27 and still too low. Need to get maybe one more level to level 28 and see what happens.
READ THE STRATEGY GUIDE,

pet training with treants at level 20
im making this just to remind myself what to do on pet training...
level 20 knight with all stats on dex... I know i messed up but i found a way to maximize afk pet training..
first step make sure you have the lowest possible offense with my character i have 52 - 57 offense, either or i deal 26 damage to treants all the time
second locate two treants and drag them to our fave spot.. mine is 321/881
third position the treant as one the left and one on the right or. if you want back or front. how o do it well you can figure it out.
fourth click one treant to attack and position the cursor to the other treant. you can go afk for about 20 min - 30 min then comeback again to click the the other treant and position the cursor to the other one. you can do this as long as you want
i havent figured out the timing for feeding... lol... never ever train with blood wolf..... i wasted 250 green leaves hehehehe..

how can i get started
If I had to tell you in steps, i would have a novel as thick as "War and Peace." LOL
Lot of these game is trial and error.
To the left is the directory. Click STRATEGY GUIDE and read my Blog on Leveling. This has the basic features on what to do from about level 1-30.
Now have you downloaded the game, you will make a ID and password to get in the game. There are 4 characters you can start off with. Go to "Character Guide" and see what you like. You can make up to 4 characters. Play with it a little and if you do not like it, start another one. To each their own, I say.
I play in Sarissa now. I tell all come there and then you can get some help now in playing. Now I am NOT going to help you 24/7. That is what this site if for. You HAVE TO READ. Some ask questions like how to make a pet trainer and I have told them to read here, but they are too lazy or something. At least in the guild I can give you a quick answer or tell you where to go. If not in guild then you have to post here. But either way, I will help whether in guild or not. Trying to get some hard core players in. I have about 4 people leveling now after finish with their sp farming. Again, read to see what sp farming is all about.

HOW DO I GET RID OF MY DRAGONS???
Hmmm, another one who has not read my STRATEGY GUIDE. lol Do that after I answer your questions. lol
Anyway, you have to go to animal trainer and have the dragon you want to get rid of equipped. Then click animal trainer and you need to RESET PET SKILLS first, before you trade, sell, or sneeze. Now if you are in a hurry and want to delete the dragon then click HARVEST PET. This is one way to get rid of pets fast.
Make sure you read my "Blog of Leveling" and in the Merchant Mode section I explain about this. This covers ANYTHING you could possible encounter about why you can not sell or trade pets, armor, women, weapons, and oops how did that one item get in there. lol Well anyway, I explain it all. Then read the Upgrading part, till you understand it. Remember these are guidelines to get you on your way now.
Make sure you get the horse as a pet now. When you get to higher level you will eventually get rid of the dragon as a mount. Having a dragon or a horse as a pet are the same. I prefer a dragon pet. But you want a horse for the mount now.

how can i earn money fast by selling ap and how can i lvl fast
But I was TK till like level 100, I think then switched to RK. What the BUG is, is that the RK defense can now handle commanders. I can kill faster now, more xp% then the TK now. Then even at level 119, I think the RK has its advantages over the TK as there are not too many mobs that can kill me. The developers have not kept up the ratio of attack and defense with the higher levels as I see it. Reason being, the RK armor defense is still survivable for me. But play the game and I exploit these oversights of lack of defense now. Just like the Tomb Level 100 zombie has like a level 55 defense. The game is like this so exploit it. Everyone levels in the dungeon because the high level creatures have a low defense. If my Level 49 TK tried to kill a Level 100 mob in the Eghea tower , He would be dead REAL QUICK. lol
Anyway, you have to learn to shop and sell. I took a month off to do this and NOT LEVEL. PBI and XPBs you level 8 times faster now then without, Think. 1 week of leveling with pbi and xpb versus 8 weeks without. Hmmm, get it. So one week if YOU KNOW how to sell you save your self like 6 weeks of leveling.
So put all stats on strength. Change to TK cuz you die less and buy sp restoration scrolls as a minimum, If you have to buy either an xp restoration scroll or sp restoration scroll, bu the sp one. SP is way harded to get then xp now. Read the Item Mall & AP on the left now. Save all your stuff. I forgot, make a pet trainer if you can. Get pen and paper and buy on paper ap stuff and see what prices people sell them for. Box of fun and choas packs are the best for me.
READ my section STRATEGY GUIDE on the left. I have a lot of juicy topics for the game. I got all the stuff there you need to know. Read the sections more then once too. AND READ what vicious said, that in hindsight he would have kept the stuff. Hmmm, hint hint. LOL

Help?
yea, do it THIS WAY. You did not read the introduction i give to all members who join. Anyway, go to the left and click STRATEGY GUIDE. Then in the topics listed click on how to make a pet trainer. You will find that it is hard to get any level toon to pet train cuz you should not have blood seals and you have to have high defense and etc. Just make the knight pet trainer as I have laid out and you can train a pet while you are asleep.
FYI, if you ever kill any BLUE named mob, you will not get any pet xp. About every 3-4 hits, your pet gets one xp point.

5fingers; add-on for Skills.
If you go to STRATEGY GUIDE and read "How to make a pet trainer" by me of course, you will see this there.
STATS of Pet Trainer, Level 32 Temple Knight
I leveled the above knight to Level 31 and changed class to Temple Knight. A Templar Knight gets bonus in shield defense. Then I leveled to level 32 to get the passive skill, Wall of Belief, as it increases defense while wearing a shield. I had all armor at +3. I find that I could only train pets from about level 18 above. I tried to pet train a level 15 horse, but I was slowly taking hit points and not recovering fast enough. During the 200% Heaven Stone upgrade event, I got all my armor to +6 and the shield to +7. With the new armor now, I am able to train a horse from level 1 on up now.
Actually it is 2 skills, but if you get to level 32, then it is 3 skills. Most people level a pet to level 31 for the money. But I added that in my section for people wanted to level a pet to Level 37

What should i kill?
Yea I know. I told her on other post to make pet trainer cuz trying to use your main toon is useless and time consuming. But some people do what they want. I just advise.
Again, go to STRATEGY GUIDE then to How to make a pet trainer. If you need help on the pet trainer just post the question here. Hope this helps, but some things that people do is a NO NO, and you will find with experience that if you follow what i suggest is a lot easier.
Gotta figure out what is wrong with my level 32 TK trainer. I went back to jail after a couple on months and the canine kicked my booty and I had +10 armor too, LMAO Before everything was +6. Anyway, gotta go sometime this week and figured out wat is happening to my trainer, lol. Reason is next time pet leveling event comes up, i can to to jail and train. Those statues every once in a while can kill you, if you are not around.

HELP
1. LMAO, you did not read my STRATEGY GUIDE, I see. Yup, if you scroll down to STRATEGY GUIDE and click it, then I have all your info there.
2. Read the sections you want answers on.
Anyway, your gloves are sealed cuz you had a RED NAME and died with them on. Go to Archbishop and see how much he charges to UNSEAL them.
If you have red name, then go to Directory to "Pking" and click there.
Making money, in the Strategy Section, go to "Blog on leveling." I have a small section there.
REMEMBER, READ< READ< and REEEAADD. LMAO If you read section on Pet Trainer you will see what you have to do. Knights are best pet trainer because you need DEFENSE. If you FINALLY get it done right and go higher, then you would be a TEMPLAR KNIGHT because again. DEFENSE for pet training. Also for knight pet trainer you only want 2 skills now, and DO NOT put sp on anything else. With the new patches they actually made it easier for a pet trainer.
I remember when i HAD to have +6 armor, but now +3 was good enough, Whew, costs to get +6. You need the higher armor like at level 32, so you can train a pet from level 1. With +3 armor, you can train a pet like around level 16 on up. Again, READ, grasshopper. lol
PS. Sorcerer are not good trainers. You could make one but would have to put money into good armor as they need defense. But i need to one day try with mine and see what it would take.

COULD OR COULD NOT
Hmmm, someone else that did not read my intro, LMAO.
Anyway, go to the left in the directory and Click 'STRATEGY GUIDE." Then I have a bunch of topics in the next window. Click the ones on pet training or how to make one. The section on how to make a pet trainer, I have tried to put all the who, what, where, when and anything I could think of.
Then suggest to get a pen and paper to write what you need to do. I have guildies that supposedly read it and then ask me what skills the pet trainer needs. Indicative of they are poor readers or did not read it.
Suggest to make pet trainer at level 22 and go to Velpist Temple to pet train on the Treants now. Then with the PROMOTION they have on, if a toon makes level 31, you get FREE level 30-32 +10 armor now. If you make a new toon and get like 5 each of pssp, pbi, and resurrection scrolls, then the promotion event is still going on.```````

Question..
yup, but what you could do is like have a horse mount at level 31 to get partial buffs and then have horse as pet. You could have pet until it reaches level 37 and then buy reset card and switch pets out.
Read the strategy guide on how to make pet trainer, That way you can train your pet to level 37, as that is where you get the max horse buffs and then you do not have to worry about training your mount period after it reaches level 37,
Yea, dragons or horses after you mount can not train anymore.
