Yes, the cerebril is a magic attack. If you ever see a monster spouting flame, then this is usually a magical attack.

they have 2 types of attack, both magical & physical

Overlooked this . Magical attack in my folder says that it is physical and magical. oversight in my part. Going to change this later to be more concise and plain., like physical and magical.
