Obtaining Lv30+ bows,
Jul 29 2008, 12:39 AM EDT I have asked, adventured, and killed most mobs in merac, but I can not find out how to get a Pheonix bow or anything higher? Can someone help me? 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Aug 2 2008, 2:41 AM EDT Never fear, 5fingers is back, lol. Ok, what you can, cuz I know you did not read the strategy guide, you will have to do it the hard way now. Ok, if you can get a FREE ride to Eghea, you can buy a level 33 weapon there for 55k and change. Then since you can not find any weapon for sale, you should be able to procure or buy a Level 33 weapons book. It can make ANY level 33 class weapon, ONCE. You have to collect the materials then find a HONEST weapons maker to attempt to make it for you. See if the weapons maker has your materials and your weapons book he will make the weapon or fail. Some dishonest ones, will say fail and then keep the weapon. But the catch is, if your weapon is made, then the book disappears too. I had one guy pull that stunt on me and he gave me the weapon then I TOLD everyone about the dishonest sob. He was crying and whining that he had made a mistake. Reason was, cuz on of my guildies was telling me that one guy had failed 3 times to make a weapon for him. Then I found that the book was never returned either. I told him he got scammed by the guy, cuz if the guy fails to make the item, the materials are lost but the book is still here. Anyway, good luck then. Aug 17 2008, 9:36 PM EDT OK, go look under drop lists and you can see the monster that will drop your specific weapon or armor you need now. BUT watch it. I read on forum by a LC GM that the monsters may drop stuff one level up. Example, if a Level 50 monster was dropping level 55 gloves they would be level 60 gloves now. But that will take some time to verify and post that info. Anyway, just to let you know. Remember, get a free ride to Egehea to buy level 33 weapons there now. IF you can.
