Aug 8 2008, 4:39 AM EDT Tricky question and here is a so so answer. The alliance is formed in the guild with another guild by the Guild Masters. About a month ago, there was still a bug in it, and so alliances could not be formed. The GM is supposed to be able to write in the guild window who the alliance is with. All it is, is really window dressing now. We just tell everyone in the guild that the so and so guild are allies and that was it. In the guild window, it is supposed to be posted there. But posted or not, you could still PK them. Now, I suggested that if they fixed the alliance that the PK should be taken off. But who knows how or when it will work. When they fix a bug, no one knows, not even The Shadow, lol. That is one bad thing about this game. You learn by trial and a LOT of error and by rumor control. As far as the level necessary to form an alliance, that secret is kept in the vault in Fort Knox. Maybe someone else will know. Cuz they could have fixed it this last maintenance cycle and I would not have the faintest clue that it was fixed then. Matter of fact, 99% of LC players never know what is fixed until they test and find out, by trial and error. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |
