I wonder why a rogue with higher hits rate would not train faster? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

You will find like I did that higher hit rate is nearly negligible to me. I tried it with and without the accessories and still seem to train just as fast. Believe it or not, no one really knows how it works, lol. I read the forums and everyone gives opinions now. If you know how to read, they are just guessiing. It is like the good points you get for killing red names. All you got are opinions, but no one really knows the stats or what the good points do for you.

Hit Rate is thought of as hitting faster by some, so therefore you should train faster. Hmmm, I gave up arguing the cause. Again, it is what they think it is or what a GM might say. Hate to bust anyone's bubble but no one REALLY can define it, only opinion now. I timed for an hour with and without and it was negligible. Maybe the HR has to be really high to make a difference then. Just like they did away with 100% evasion they probably changed the hr after the patch now. HR is not defined as what it was last year but what it is NOW. People live in the past and can not adapt. Just like the weaponsmith glitch. Somehow a patch messed that up but that has never been a problem. And it still is not fixed either, lol.

Anyway, last year HR was something to be reckoned with but after all the patches it seems to have been lowered or something. But I do not worry about it.

I guess i notice that every hit on a white mob gives 1 pet skill point. it could be a timing thing with the interface, so that it appears to coincide. With green mobs, every 2 hits gets 1 pet skill point. It would still balance the pet trainer since more damage gets through

hmmm, watch out there. They had a lot of double pet xp this week and last. I dont think that you get one hit on a monster and your pet gets one pet xp now. Something is wrong there. During double pet xp is one thing now. But normally, no. I will ask some rogue friends of mine what they get on hits and what the pet gets. Get back to you later on this. Do you find this valuable?
