Well, I have heard peeps say they did not do nothing and got banned and a few got unbanned for whatever reason. You have to go to forum, the LC forum and pm a message to the bug department I guess. What is really bad, if you read the fine print, Aeria can ban you and NOT have to explain anything. It says they can ban you for whatever reason. I guess this is to cover up any screwups in this.Also, some other things to look at. You should have gotten an e-mail from aeria telling you why you got banned. Did you know if you buy gold from the gold spammers, you can get banned like that? One person pm me, like you, and after a few questions he found his email and lo and behold, he got caught buying gold. He did not know though. This game you kind of learn the rules as you go or screw up. Anyway, look for the e-mail from Aeria, and you should have gotten it on the same day you got banned. If it is not there then check in your trash folders where the spam goes. Let me know what happens now, as everyone tells me what they did and that way I can let others know what they did wrong or what to do now? As for me, no way for me to buy gold. I have too much time and money in this game tied up. LOL But I find also, I can actually make more money buying ap but the catch is you have to know what to buy and I can make more gold then the gold spammers do. All legal too. What you buy from the Item Mall you can sell for whatever gold price you can get. Caio and let me know what happens now. Do you find this valuable? |

You my or may not have done something that would be considered a bannable offense. As 5fingers said, aeria should send you an email. If you have not received one I would suggest logging in to the home site and using the "Contact Us" link.A lot of times people don't read the terms of service and just hit the check and agree to play the game without knowing all the rules. If you did do something bannable then it's your bad for not reading the ToS. If it was by mistake then aeria should be able to look and get the matter corrected. Do you find this valuable? |
