Feeding my pets ;o)

I bought some items to help (feed) my pet. But how do I administer them to my pets? I've tried clicking them onto my pet, clicking on my pets and then clicking on the items, etc. Nothing worked. Is there a trick to feeding my pets? Thank you for you help! Do you find this valuable?

Double click on the Stone or Herb Trunk in yr Inventory and then click on yr Dragon or Pony..Yu will see the lines moving across slowly..This had me confused for a while as well..

Just equip your pet, then double click on herb or stone. You can also click and drag the herb or stone to your mini-taskbar on the bottom that way you just have to click on them once. Do you find this valuable?

Go to the directory on the left and click the section "Pets and Mounts" and you can get an explanation for pets from leveling to feeding. Do you find this valuable?
