So I want to start selling stuff....

But I'm a relative game newbie (I've only been playing for a month, and have only been concentrating on leveling and SP farming at this point), so how do I determine what prices I should be selling these things at? I mean, do I just browse the competition ot find out what they're selling, or is pricing selective or random, or ask other people or what? Are there differences in pricing if I have multiples of the same items but they have different abilities and/or different + stats on them?

Is there a guide you can point me to? Do you find this valuable?

WHEW, long list LOL.

1. If you have an item the best bet is to shop around and see what the prices are. If you are selling say level 70 armor for 5 mill and everyone is selling for 1 or 2 mill, you might want to come down on prices. Before i go play, i shop before and after I level. It will take time and experience to know what to sell. For example, i have seen people sell Phoenix Tickes for 30-40 mill but i still sell mine at 60 mill cuz i know from experience those are hard to come by.

2. Now if you have defensive minerals, they come in levels: 3,6,12,14. L14 is the newest one. Again, you have to shop around for prices. The L14 i sell for 500 k, but personally, they are not worth it, but people will pay. LOL

As far as a guide, hmmm, don't know what to say on the selling part. Just shop and set prices to what others do for the time being. Again, it will take time and experience to say what will sell or not. Never got into putting a section on how to sell, cuz this would be what I told you now.

Now go to LC homepage and search and check around on how to get FREE ap points. Then if you do, then you need to read the Item Mall & AP. So many things to do. That way if you get free ap you might get stuff to sell or use.

Just keep up shop and sell routine. This is about as much as I can help you now.

BTW, watch it for people who will sell or buy things from you. There are some in Sarissa that will try to give you 1 mill for a heaven stone that is worth double or more then that. Beginners will think, BIG MONEY, but the person is scamming you. How do I know. Someone tried it out on me on one of my minor toons, LOL So read the "Scam, Hackers, and CHeaters" so someone does not cheat you. Do you find this valuable?

Thanks for the help with this... I've been trying to get my head wrapped around this for the last couple of weeks. I picked up some really nice +stat weapons and extra items that seemed a waste just to drop like I've seen others do, but I had no one I could talk to about pricing until I joined my guild recently. And even then I was confused. I'll be able to work things out better about this.
