Pet Leveling

Never thought of attacking green named mobs without a weapon(NEWBIE ALERT lol),something to try. I usually equipped really good armor and a really low level weapon (I've been equipping my level 33 rogue with +10 armor and thorn blades with no +) then went for the mobs. I think it has similar results to the bare-fisted technique, but maybe just a little slower to level. Do you find this valuable?

Hmmm, right track, wrong training, LOL

If you go to the STRATEGY GUIDE to the left and click it. Then click sections for Pet training. Now most people NEVER read the intro, as I have found out, lol.

The first thing, I suggest is to make a pet trainer. You level your knight to say level, 22. Then with those 2 skills on you, you will have your +3 armor, shield, and no weapon, and go train on treants by Velpist Temple in Randol.

You lure one, by itself, and go find a spot by the mountains to kind of hide in. There you are both attacking each other, BUT no one dying. You have your pet out and with about every 4 hits, your pet gains one xp. So just before you go to bed, you get your pet trainer going. Then when you wake up, IF you want to keep on going, you have to feed your pet. Once your pets food is gone, he will stop gaining xp and can not move.

Some people used to complain to me cuz they were trying to get their main to pet train and they were having problems. You could probably find how to do it but it would take time. Knight has the BEST defense, the 2 skills you need are not attack skills, and once you Level him with only 2 skills to 22, then ANYTIME you want to pet train, you know what to do. The guy was leveling and trying to pet train each level. I finally told him, READ the WIKI. You are wasting time. Don't know if he ever read it or what happened,

Well, you were the only pm for the day so far. When I get too many, answers are more concise,

If you want, I need stats on your class. I have done the knight skills. If you want, then I will show you what to so. Then I will show you how to bookmark page and put it on bar. That way you can just click the icon and go straight to the page. Firefox is the browser I use, and you can put page in the bookmarks or on the bar above this window. That is if you want. If not that is ok.

It's not that I haven't been reading the STRATEGY GUIDE. It's just that it didn't occur to me to try and find a strategy guide for the game until after I hit lvl 28.

I've been slowly but surely reading the sections, but because I hadn't had a pet before now, I didn't read the pet section. It HAS helped me with the basic stuff-I didn't even know how to equip the pet until after I read your guide-but I'm a person who prefers to play and not read beforehand so I've been kind of feeling my way through these things.

I think it's only when I get frustrated that I come here and read the guide. And boy am I ever thankful you thought to make this site, even if I jump the gun and post questions before looking more closely at the directory (As you probably remember from my request for and abbreviation guide).

So, before I get more annoying, I thank you for the wonderful work you've been doing (^-^)V.

LOL. If you want to thank me, just send a couple of million gold via UPS to Randol Post Office and I can pick up, LMAO.,

Anyway, extend the directory to the max, and remember the STRATEGY GUIDE with all the juicy stuff, LOL

Well have fun. TIP: Read the Item Mall and AP, just in case you ever buy a xp box, or whatever.
