Stat Points

I have just discovered that each character has different Stat points. I understand that I need to change mine and to do so I need to go to Crean in Juno to do so, and that I will need to pay. My question is "How do I reset my stats? If I try to add points I can only increase to the previous settings. Example, If I have 5 points I can only increase it to 5? How do I reset my points without losing them? I have only 26 points, do I have to start again? Is it possible to re-distribute the points? Please advise. Thank you.

I believe you have to be a certain level like 31 to use Crean (might be wrong)...If you have 26 points than you are lvl 27. Best way to find out is to take a walk over and visit Crean. You will NEVER lose stat points. The way crean works is that you tell him which stat you want to remove stat points from (every stat point regained costs 20k in gold) which then shows up in your stats page once you confirm. You can then distribute these stat points at any time you want. Hope this helps, if not let me know.

Do not worry about your stat points as mentioned, you have to be level 31 to change them anyway. When you reach level 31, you will get your stats reset then you can put them where you want. You failed to mention your class to. Example, if you are a knight, put them all on strength. Then later when you need a skill with certain stat points, then you go to Crean and take the points from Strength and transfer to other attribute to get the skill needed.Besides, it does not matter too too much if you put a point or two on the wrong skills at low level now. Except if you put in strength and you are a magic user. Anyway, have fun. FYI, NEVER change at crean to the other class, that is to change dual class. Example, You are a Temple Knight and you want to change to Royal Knight at Crean. What will happen is you will lose ALL your sp. Little thing good to know. Another person did it, even though I told him. Seems his friend had bought a class reset card and of course you get all your sp back. So he figured he would save money and do it at Crean. LOL I just said. I told you so. The guy was a level 60 SOrcerer but never found out what he did later though. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
