Pet Componet Harvesting

I have noticed that the pet trainer offers Pet Component Harvest. Being of lowly level 29 I have no idea why I would need to harvest a pet component. Can anyone please explain. Thanking you in anticipation.

ok, go to the section Pets and Mounts, and click the Dragon horse section Do you find this valuable?
